In the event that Xstreme Tours cancels any trip due to lack of participation, Xstreme Tours will have up to 21 business days to refund all monies.
Unless insurance is purchased (where applicable), there will NOT be any refunds granted if the trip is cancelled by the customer; however, that customer has up to 3 days before the departure date to do a “Name-Change.”
If a customer chooses to transfer names, there will be a transfer fee of $25 which will be paid at the time of transfer.
In the event of any Act of God or Pandemic, normal refund times will be delayed. Xstreme Tours has up to 6 months to fulfill any refund obligations.
